RATES AND TERMS
NB: All rates below are for up to 4 people
in the two queen bedrooms upstairs
including exclusive use of the whole property; all linen; cleaning fee; generous house supplies
(teas, coffees, milk, condiments, foil, plastic wrap, paper towels, herbs & spices, oil, vinegar, soap, tissues etc)
and welcome wine and chocolate!
Additional people:
(up to 5 in one queen and 3 single beds downstairs)
Adults: $50 per adult per night
Children: $25 per child per night
(NB. Only doona covers and matching pillow slips are provided downstairs, however we can have downstairs bedrooms made up with sheets and bath towels at an additional cost of
$25 per person if you prefer not to have to bring your own)

$2200 per week
BASE RATE:
$800 weekends, $300 per night Sun-thurs,
$2250 per week
LONG WEEKENDS

$1200 for 3 nights
EASTER (05-09 April 2012)
$2000 for 4 nights (minimum booking) for up to 4 people upstairs.
Additional $1000 for use of downstairs (sleeps up to 5 people)
CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR
(23 Dec 2012 to 06 Jan 2013)
$5250 per week for whole house including all linen
(weekly bookings only)
SUMMER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS RATE
(06 Jan-28 Jan 2013)
$400 per night (for up to 4 people in two queen beds upstairs)
or $600 (whole house)
Minumum two nights
(optional sheets & bath towels available downstairs
for $25 per person)

Check In:
Check in is from 2pm
Check out is 10am
*A later check-out (or earlier check-in) may be requested.
Payment:
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit which is refundable less a $25 administration fee should you cancel up to 14 days prior to your arrival. This is payable by credit card.
Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival - we accept Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, Direct deposit, or cheques. If you cancel within 14 days no refund is given however you may be able to change your booking to an alternative date (subject to availability).
No Show Policy:
If you do not cancel your booking and do not show up, you will be charged the full cost of your booking.
Damages:
We understand that accidents happen
and we will cover minor breakages, but please let us know so that we can replace what is broken or damaged.
Guests will be charged for repair/replacement cost for major damage or theft of items on the property. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left in an excessively dirty state.
